In the midst of an echo

In an amazing conflict between a child's urge and a father's impuissance had the curative silence emerged. This was the most anticipated period to subside the wrangle that received a one on one voluntary plunge. And yet the debate remained between the keen and curious young and the wise.

This young boy grew in the shade of doubt which happens to be a gift of curiosity.

Blessed with an enduring son, the father realized their relation to be a god gifted experiment- an experiment of life to unravel the mystery that he gave up when young. In the midst of an echo had he awaited a sound that he wished to hear. And now he wishes for his son to discover that echo, the boon that was once undesirable.

An emotion can enliven the bygone moment and this is exactly what the father realizes. He had an answer for his son's curiosity but all these years have taught him that every individual has a different answer !

Swaying and hovering over such questions during his childhood, did the father find an answer. The aftermath was what mattered the most and took him into conventional ways, taken routes and the ambitions that is immanent in human nature. In the twists and turns of life, he reached that calm, peace of mind where he was able to look back. Happy was he to find an answer but a deeper introspection gave him a picture of what really had happened then.

In the midst of an echo, had he searched for a satisfying answer that could pave his way for the journey he had sought. Glad enough was he with the answer that he forsook the question that got him an unyielding curiosity.

Now when he looks into his son's eyes, he is reminded of those golden days. He is desperate to impart to his son the understanding of life he had gained but equally determined to let his son figure it out for himself.. for there is no right or wrong answer but an answer for every single one of us.

Who Killed God ?

On an opening note, you may think I'm an atheist but that would mean I do not believe in God's existence and therefore talking of his death would be invalid !

Naming this post as 'Who killed God?', I want you to think upon 'Who created God' !

Living in a society where religion teaches us discipline as it should and realizing by now that God and religion are totally different entities, I am sure we all who believe in God, have our own unique version of him installed in our hearts.. Our very own instance of him, whom we smile at and fight with, whom we demand from, ask for various justifications and quibble with. So here's a question which I put forward in a descriptive way for the thinkers :
When we were born (just booted), our default memory had glimpse of no one.. Soon we start to recognize our mother, then father and so on.. When did God make an entry then?
  • When you were taken to church or another holy/religious place?
  • When you heard of him from others?
  • As you grew you wanted someone who could answer all your questions!
  • When you feared something/someone and wanted a savior ?
  • Needed someone to blame upon?
  • You have witnessed miracles?

So we needed an answer to the above, desperate for a conclusion to reach out to heart's satisfaction. When we can see magician's tricks, imagine aliens with super powers and think of artificial intelligence while living in the dawn of robotic age, why have we not thought of this age old passed name, 'God' as one such? Why the so called 'God' acquainted with divinity and spiritual wisdom with strings attached?  What if we were just threads living in a virtual reality that is controlled by this super smart dude or what if he were an alien needing space in our hearts and minds, a gateway that he has.. Seriously, our concept of God has won us a great satisfaction in times of despair and given us great strength at times of fear.

When did we start believing in such a thing as 'God'? Oh, am I still capitalizing his name?

Now, the second part of it !!
This will be difficult to grasp since we humans have tendency to near satisfactory conclusions..

Each time we credit God with all good and bad happenings and debit him with more demands and questionnaire, we are just trying to finalize upon his existence just as we had created him!! The commencement of this Godliness came with an urge for revolution of human bondage, to influence us to stay active in doing our part as humans.. However, today this same name is culminating with a conflicting idea: we waiting for/preaching God to do our part for us !! A lol situation if you ask me...

Once a name that stood to test us and make us believe that we must do our part, be good and blah.. and now a name whom we relentlessly demand the same from.. Wow, we test him too!! We have mercilessly left that super power dude with all 'pleases' and 'sorries'.. Eeks!! we did kill him and man, how cruel are we?!!#??!!

So to give him a break, and once again re invent that feeling of God or Godliness, real or imaginary, lets make a deal of not stuffing our work onto him..

So acquainted with the term 'God'.. How about the term 'human'/'humane'..

I am leaving God (with whatever idea I have of that name) to do his job and I'm doing mine.. He sure has great deals to work on and I can help him a bit by not letting him stray along with me. He sure rescued me while I wandered and I must do the same !! One human who did great good- that's what 'God' means to me..

Its amazing that we all have our own idea of God; I found this amazing article on the same If God Were A Space Alien .

Life Gives ...

life gives us exactly what we need the most
and the best for us at that particular situation and time

still we crave for things
judging by our desires in our own limited space of knowledge and time
concluding goals and passion
seeking success and happiness

and by this very power of our thought
do we attract opportunities
open doors and easy routes
that can lead us to what we seek

at first it seems a start of a new journey
a new spring of hope
to achieve the goal set
and reach the desired destination

if this was the door to be chosen
why were the other doors open ?

the one that life chose for you
can you spot it ??

so many doors open
some due to our own power of thoughts
some due to our fear of having backups
others as alternatives that we hoped to have
but only one that life has chosen for us

in the midst of our passions and self centeredness
we either dont search out this gift of life
or are unable to identify it !!

we do question ourselves "what do I want"
"how do I get what I want"

but should we ask
"what is the purpose of me in this world"
"what is my role in this world"
"what is my part"
only then can we see the life's gift
that one door that is meant for us !!

happy searching :)

Still To Surrender???

This is Sai's message for all of us... If you do not understand it, then you are still on your way... li'l patience and faith..

When you said "Yes" to Me

When you said "Yes" to Me you gave up the right to be like everyone else.
That is why you draw experiences to yourself that will  cleanse yourself of that which does not fit who you are.
Over, and over, again, and again until I make you see that the past no longer works.
I challenge you and tempt you every day with your past, so that you may see that the past is ultimate delusion.
When you said "Yes" to Me you gave Me your body, your thoughts, your actions.
When they don't suit the new you, the uncomfortableness is unbearable.
It is so EVERY time until you realise this fully; then and only then will you completely give up desire.
For this is the only way man will learn.
Very seldom does he learn by quiet reminders.
Man's desires and pitfalls are placed there so that I may do my work.
When you give up totally, then the temptations will fade.
I will never give up on you.
Every slip will become harder to bear and less easy to remedy.
You will tire of your foolishness becase I love you and whether or not completely aware of it, you did say "Yes".
